Here at Insight we know that every persons has unique needs. All of our sessions are completely customizable to help you get the most out of your appointment. All session include the choice of hot towels and packs, aromatherapy, the use of T-bars & gua-sha, and your choice of music. We will communicate with you throughout the session to make sure pressure and movement is appropriate for you.

Deep Tissue

$90 for 60min / $120 for 90 Min

Deep tissue massage is a technique that is useful in musculoskeletal issues such as strains, muscle tension, adhesions, over use and sports injuries. Deep tissue dose not necessarily mean intense pressure, but instead involves applying sustained pressure using slow targeted movement. The therapist may incorporator range of motion to allow accesses to the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. Good communication is important between client and therapist to ensure a comfortable, pain-free session.

Swedish Massage

$90 for 60min / $120 for 90 Min

Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. The technique aims to promote relaxation by using long, smooth movements that release muscle tension, promote circulation, and relaxation. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and typically uses light to medium pressure.

Myofascial Massage

$110 for 60min / $140 for 90 Min

Fascial tissue is a kind of connective tissue that wraps and holds together all structures in the body. Myofascial Massage uses gentle sustained holds combined with movement of the client's body to create a sense of release and lengthening in the body. It is very helpful for individuals with chronic pain or in need of a gentle session.

Orthopidic & Myofascial Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy, an ancient myofascial manipulation, uses special cups on tension areas to create decompressive therapy. It promotes circulation, improves lymph drainage, releases tension, softens scar tissue, and frees nerves. Versatile and adjustable in intensity, it may cause temporary marks and soreness. Not suitable for fragile skin.

This 30 minute session uses a variety of massage techniques to treat one specific problem area.

Hot Stone Massage

$90 for 60min / $135 for 90 min

In this session, warm stones are used as an extinction of the therapists hands. These stones provide heat therapy to the muscle, which can help relax tense muscles, improve circulation, reduces inflammation, improves flexibility, reduce stress/ anxiety and reduce pain. The stones used in hot stone massage are typically basalt, volcanic rock that is usually high in iron, which allows them to absorb heat.

I have always known I would be in a profession of helping others. Graduating from the Oregon School of Massage and specializing in Myofascial and Cupping therapies has allowed me to help others in a very deep, unique and meaningful way. I love working with all types of clients, but especially enjoy helping older clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life, as well as the challenge of individuals with chronic pain and unique medical needs. I strive to help the body find it's natural state of relaxation and peace by working with the bodies systems, waiting and listening for the tissues to soften and lengthen, and only working deeper when they are ready to do so.

My mission is to help clients walk away from a session feeling whole in both body and spirit, and confident that they can continue to make a positive long lasting change in themselves long after our session is over.

I am a graduate of Oregon School of Massage specializing in Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy.

I have versatile skills in massage, allowing me to create the perfect treatment just for you. I take special care with sports injury, muscle relaxation and repair.

I love being outdoors and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I currently hold a purple belt rank in BJJ and have experience in competition. Therefore, I am no stranger to sports injuries.

I truly enjoy helping my clients regain mobility and teaching them new ways to improve flexibility. Most important is helping people find what true relaxation means to them.

I look forward to helping you with your treatment goals.
